These terms govern reservations made with LuxuLimo Inc. Please review them before booking; accepting them is required before deposit payment.
Company and Service
LuxuLimo Inc. operates LuxuLimo as an advance-reservation chauffeur, limousine, and private car service in Los Angeles and Southern California. Walk-up, street-hail, and on-demand taxi service are not provided.
Reservation Confirmation
A 30% reservation deposit is required to confirm a booking. A reservation is confirmed after the Stripe deposit payment is successfully completed. The customer will receive a confirmation email with reservation details and a Confirmation No.
Estimated Fare and Remaining Balance
The online fare is an estimated service fare based on the information provided at booking, including route, selected vehicle, confirmed add-ons, additional stops, and applicable surcharges. The remaining balance shown is an estimate; if there are no changes on the day of service, it is the amount due.
The final balance may change due to on-site adjustments such as extended waiting time, unscheduled stops, route changes, additional distance, tolls, or parking, in which case the chauffeur will explain the changes and confirm the final balance at the time of service. A 15% chauffeur gratuity is suggested as customary; it is not a required charge and remains at the customer's discretion.
Payment Methods
The reservation deposit is paid online through Stripe. The remaining balance, suggested chauffeur gratuity, and approved on-site adjustments may be paid by cash or card at the time of service. Card payments may be processed through Square Tap to Pay.
On-Site Adjustments
Additional charges may apply for extra waiting time, unscheduled stops, route changes, added distance, tolls, parking, airport or venue fees, cleaning, damage, or other service adjustments. The chauffeur will explain any applicable charges during service when possible.
Distance Calculation
For one-way trips, pricing is based on the shortest driving distance shown by Google Maps for the entered route. If scheduled stops are added, the route is calculated as Pickup → Stop 1 → Stop 2 → Drop-off, and the selected vehicle's distance-based pricing applies to the full route distance.
Additional Stops
Online booking allows up to 2 scheduled additional stops. Each scheduled additional stop adds a $15 stop fee. Up to 10 minutes of waiting time is included at each scheduled stop. More than 2 stops require direct inquiry to info@luxulimo.com before booking.
Airport Pickup and Flight Information
For airport pickups, Flight No. and Airline Name are required. When valid flight information is provided, airport waiting time is calculated from actual landing time. If incorrect or missing flight information is provided, LuxuLimo may not be able to adjust pickup timing for flight delays.
Airport Waiting Time
Domestic arrivals include 45 minutes of complimentary waiting time after actual landing. International arrivals include 75 minutes of complimentary waiting time after actual landing. Non-airport pickups include 15 minutes after the scheduled pickup time. Additional waiting time may be charged in 15-minute increments (Minivan $15 per additional 15 minutes; SUV $25 per additional 15 minutes; Luxury Van included within charter time).
Meet & Greet
Meet & Greet is an optional airport pickup add-on at $100 and includes airport parking for that pickup. The chauffeur may meet the passenger inside the terminal or baggage claim area with a name sign and assist the passenger to the vehicle. Curbside pickup is the default airport pickup method.
Child Seats and Strollers
Infant, toddler, and booster seats are available upon request for $25 each and must be selected during booking. Current planned inventory is 5 seats per category. Parents or guardians are responsible for selecting the appropriate child seat type based on the child's age, height, and weight. Stroller count is collected for capacity planning and does not automatically add a fee.
Late-Night Surcharge
A 10% late-night surcharge applies when the scheduled pickup time is between 12:00 AM and 5:00 AM. The surcharge is based on scheduled pickup time, not drop-off time or whether the ride continues into late-night hours.
Luxury Van / Sprinter Policy
Luxury Van / Sprinter service is available by hourly charter only. One-way or point-to-point service is not available for this vehicle category. The minimum charter fee is $1,200 up to 8 hours, even if used for less than 8 hours. Additional time after 8 hours is charged at $200 per hour.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- More than 24 hours before pickup: the reservation deposit is fully refundable.
- 12 to 24 hours before pickup: 50% of the reservation deposit is refundable.
- Less than 12 hours before pickup: the reservation deposit is non-refundable.
- No-show: the reservation deposit is non-refundable.
Reservation Changes
Reservation changes are subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability. Fare differences may apply if the date, time, route, vehicle type, service duration, passenger count, luggage count, or add-ons change.
Passenger and Luggage Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering accurate passenger and luggage information. If the passenger or luggage count exceeds the selected vehicle capacity, the ride may require a larger vehicle, additional charges, or rescheduling subject to availability.
Cleaning and Damage
Customers may be responsible for cleaning, repair, or damage fees caused during service, including excessive mess, spills, vehicle damage, smoking, or other conditions requiring professional cleaning or repair.
