Cancellation Policy

This policy describes how the 30% reservation deposit is refunded if you cancel, and how reservation changes are handled.

Reservation Deposit

A 30% reservation deposit is required to confirm your booking. The reservation is confirmed once the Stripe deposit payment is successfully completed.

Cancellation and Refund

  • More than 24 hours before pickup: the reservation deposit is fully refundable.
  • 12 to 24 hours before pickup: 50% of the reservation deposit is refundable.
  • Less than 12 hours before pickup: the reservation deposit is non-refundable.
  • No-show: the reservation deposit is non-refundable.

Reservation Changes

Reservation changes are subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability. Fare differences may apply if the date, time, route, vehicle type, service duration, passenger count, luggage count, or add-ons change.

How to Cancel or Change a Reservation

To cancel or change a reservation, contact LuxuLimo Inc. at info@luxulimo.com or 213-278-3250 with your Confirmation No. Refunds, where applicable, are issued to the original Stripe payment method.
