A 15% chauffeur gratuity is customary and at your discretion, and the remaining balance may be paid by cash or card through Square at the time of service.

A 10% late-night surcharge applies only when the scheduled pickup time is from 12:00 AM through 5:00 AM. It is calculated on the estimated service fare before the 30% deposit and is shown before checkout.

The deposit is fully refundable more than 24 hours before pickup, 50% refundable 12–24 hours before pickup, and non-refundable less than 12 hours before pickup or in case of no-show.
