Ashblue s2 .LLC may collect customer name, email address, optional phone number, pickup and drop-off locations, additional stops, flight number, airline name, passenger count, luggage count, child seat requests, stroller count, service notes, and payment-related transaction IDs.
How We Use Information
Information is used to process reservations, confirm rides, calculate estimated fares, coordinate chauffeur dispatch, send confirmation emails, manage payment records, and provide customer support.
Payment Processing
Online reservation deposits are processed through PayPal. Ashblue s2 .LLC does not store full card numbers through the website. Remaining balances and on-site adjustments may be collected by cash or card. Card payments at the time of service may be processed through Square Tap to Pay.
Google Sheets Operations
Confirmed reservation details may be stored in a Google Sheet owned by info@luxulimo.com for operational reservation management. Access is limited to authorized LuxuLimo team members only.
Information Sharing
Ashblue s2 .LLC does not sell customer information. Reservation details may be shared only with authorized staff, chauffeurs, payment processors, booking technology providers, or service providers needed to complete the reservation.
Data Retention
Reservation and payment-related records may be retained as needed for business operations, accounting, customer support, and legal compliance.
